Information we process

QuoteFlow processes your account email, business details, customer contact information, quotation content and subscription records to provide the service. Do not enter sensitive personal or financial account data into quotation notes.

Service providers

Firebase provides authentication and database services. Cloudflare hosts the application and backend. Blink handles checkout and payments. QuoteFlow does not request or store card numbers.

Access and deletion

Business owners control their business records. To request export or account deletion, contact the seller through your Blink purchase receipt until an operator contact is published. Self-service deletion and full account export are not available in this release.

Retention and transfers

Records remain in the selected Firestore region until removed by the operator, subject to payment and legal retention needs. Provider infrastructure may process data in other countries. The operator must publish a specific retention policy before launch.
